In addition to her accomplishments as a lawyer and an educator, Meg Penrose has contributed to a number of textbooks, encyclopedias, and law reviews. She has also published a book review and multiple essays and editorials. As a public speaker, she has delivered presentations before a variety of professional organizations and law schools, including the Federalist Society, the U.S. Department of Agriculture the University of Notre Dame, Arizona State, and Harvard Law School.
An experienced attorney and civil rights expert, Mary Margaret (Meg) Penrose has frequently appeared on television programs such as CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 and been featured in publications such as USA Today. After practicing law and working for two federal district court judges, she accepted a position as professor of law at the University of Oklahoma. Mary Margaret Penrose currently holds tenure as a full professor with the Texas A&M University School of Law, where she teaches courses that range from Constitutional Law to Criminal Procedure to Sports Law.
